OUR SCHOOL PROGRAMS

Our school is home to Pre-Kindergarten through fifth grade in a school community where staff and parents work collaboratively to develop every child's potential. Our School's Vision is to meet and exceed City and State Standards in all curricular disciplines, thereby creating literate, mature, responsible learners. Our integrated education includes partnerships with several community organizations, both during and after school. Although we house four differnent educational programs, PS 145's staff works collaboratively across all grades and programs.

The PS 145 School Parents are involved as school volunteers, Poetry Festival Authors, and more. Many of our programs exist because of collaborations between Parent Volunteers and excited Staff members. Collaborations include workshops, fundraisers, a school community newletter, author sharings and regular conferences. Parents are always encouraged to participate in their childrens' education in many constructional ways.
